Biography:

Born into a racing family, Craig has been involved with the Capaldi Racing Team since the beginning. After becoming crew chief on Capaldi Racing's Ford Focus World Challenge Touring car efforts and learning the mechanical and engineering side of race craft, Craig took his turn behind the wheel.

Actively competing professionally and at the club level, Craig utilized his personal driving experience and mechanical ability to provide Capaldi Racing with engineering and data acquisition support the last five seasons of competition as well as launching Craig Capaldi Autosports to provide the same professional coaching, engineering, and data acquisition support to his clients.

Highlights:

• 2016 competed in one Trans Am event resulting in a podium finish (3rd)
• 2015 competed in two Trans Am events both ending with podium finishes
• 2012-14 competed in select World Challenge GTS events
• 2012 World Challenge B-Spec multiple podiums / placed 2nd in season championship
